In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and other applicable regulations, we inform you that the entity that owns this website, hereinafter referred to as the site, understood as that comprised under the domain https://www.rockthesport.com is NUONET GESTIÓN S.L., hereinafter Nuonet, registered in the Commercial Registry of Navarra, Volume 1215, Page 12, Sheet NA 24277, with Tax ID: 31876477, and can be contacted at the following address: Calle labiano nº 1-3 - 31006 PAMPLONA NAVARRA and at the email address info@rockthesport.com

The graphic elements, design, source code and other analogous elements as well as texts that constitute this website and those disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of Nuonet, or it holds the exploitation rights to these through agreements with third parties.

In this sense, they constitute works protected by the set of both Spanish and Community regulations in the field of intellectual property, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, regularizing, clarifying and harmonizing the current legal provisions on the matter and Law 5/1998, of March 6, incorporating into Spanish Law Directive 96/9/EC, of the European Parliament and Council, of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases and other applicable regulations, with international treaties signed in this field also being applicable.

Nuonet does not grant any use license or authorization over its industrial and intellectual property rights or over any other property or right related to the site, except by express agreement. Users may carry out the reproduction of its contents for the sole purpose of making backup copies, storing them, or printing them on paper for private use, being prohibited any reproduction, distribution, transformation, presentation, total or partial, of its content or any of its elements, directly or indirectly through telematic networks or analogous supports, for commercial purposes directed to the public or for use beyond those mentioned, even citing the source, provided that express written authorization from Nuonet is not obtained, empowering Nuonet in case of non-compliance to file the actions it deems appropriate and the following being especially prohibited:

  • The extraction and use of site elements causing or not causing any damage to Nuonet, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law and other applicable national and Community regulations
